Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Dolls must be returned attached to the box with the provided ribbons or ties.

Return the original receipt if possible or a copy of the order.

There is a re-stocking fee of 10% for all items. additional fees will apply for items that do not come back complete or in perfect original condition.

Items that are Not Returnable:
• Items that were damaged as a result of mishandling or play.
